Shift swaps that keep the rest rules.

For hospitality staff and their manager in the UK, on Android 16 with Material 3 Expressive. Hospitality staff swap shifts in group chats and break working-time rules without knowing it. Cover shows who can take a shift and why others cannot, then hands the manager the rest around the shift before he approves.

A Saturday shift, handed over in two hours.

Rest is checked before anyone is asked. Only colleagues with 11 hours of rest around the shift can take it.

Every no has a reason. Rest, training or leave, written next to the person.

The manager sees the week. Dan approves with the rest ruler in front of him, not a form.
