Your own show on the lamp.
OBEGRÄNSAD, the LED wall lamp IKEA made with Swedish House Mafia in 2022, comes with five built-in programs that keep their own rhythm whatever is playing. The app lets you draw frames on the lamp’s 16 × 16 grid, tap the tempo of the music and see the show on your wall. The first screen is the lamp in a dark room, lighting the plaster around it.

Draw, then tap the beat.
A stroke keeps what its first cell became. Mirror, Ghost and Clear sit under the grid, with up to 16 frames. Beat sets the tempo by tapping, ±1 BPM, and which frame lands on which beat.

Yellow marks what is live.
IKEA yellow only marks what is live: Play, the current frame, the beat, the show on the lamp. The tab icons are 7 × 7 LED pixel glyphs, and the current one is lit. Noto Sans.
